Engineered Air Solutions is very excited to bring you the Klimor Air Handling Line, a high end made to order product with full flexibility at a very competitive cost.

Standard construction includes 2” double wall foam injected panel construction. The no charge finish is a 10,000 salt spray coating known as Magnelis® . Painted is also available. All panels are removable or have fully hinged access doors (for motor and coil access, as an example)

  • Our fans utilize direct drive EC motors or VFD driven direct drive plenum fans. Redundant fans are are available as well!
  • Drain pans are triple sloped to allow the best drainage and least risk for water borne issues compared to many of our competitors.
  • Heating Options include Hot-Water, Electric, Steam, Face and bypass arrangements, and Gas
  • Cooling Options include DX (most refrigerants including the new A2L types) and Chilled Water
  • MERV 8 through 14 in flat and when available angled arrangements are offered with gauges to indicate loaded status (ie, dirty filters)
  • Integral Energy Recovery options include Wheels, Fixed Plate and Enthalpy Plates.
  • Other options such as marine lights and viewports are standard options.

Units can be compact utilizing the most efficient use of space or completely modular with every section able to be rigged separately. For most cfms, we have a taller cabinet or wider cabinet to allow the best fit. For jobs that require complete knockdown, our units can arrive partially built on site to be immediately disassembled and completely setup by factory personnel right onsite.
